The weather condition in country’s northern region has changed sharply beginning from evening hours yesterday, APA’s Northern bureau reports.
The snow has started to fall on some residential settlements of Guba and Gusar regions.
The greatest quantity of snow has been recorded in Khinalig district of Guba region. The depth of snow has reached 10 cm here. The 5 cm snow-cover height has been observed in Griz village, 3 cm – in Tengealti village, and 1 cm – in the central town of Guba region. And 1 cm high snow has fallen on Yasab village of Gusar region.
The weather temperature has dropped to -9 degrees Celsius in Griz and Khinalig villages of Guba region.
